Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
