- 4 tostada shells
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Sour cream (optional)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Heat the refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on each tostada shell.
- Top with shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and onions on top.
- Finish with sliced avocado and crumbled queso fresco.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.
Notes
For extra spicy tostadas, consider adding diced jalapeños.
