- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Milo powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, Milo powder, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the softened butter and honey to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
