- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Once the phyllo cups are cooled, fill each cup with the ricotta mixture.
- Top with chopped pistachios if desired.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use part-skim ricotta cheese.
- These can be made a few hours in advance; just keep them refrigerated.
