  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Once the phyllo cups are cooled, fill each cup with the ricotta mixture.
  6. Top with chopped pistachios if desired.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
