Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar (for coating)

Instructions
- Combine water, butter, and salt in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pipe dough into small shapes or balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl, and roll warm churro bites in the mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
