Description

A delightful dessert that combines the creamy texture of cheesecake with the classic flavors of creme brulee.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crusts in the mini pans.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, sprinkle brown sugar on top and use a kitchen torch to caramelize.
