- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and cut into dippers.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- Feel free to add extras like ham or tomato slices.
