- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of mini tart pans.
- Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the baked crusts.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
