Description

A delightful appetizer featuring mini orange peppers filled with a zesty cream cheese spread.


Ingredients

  • 12 mini orange peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the mini orange peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  5. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each mini orange pepper with the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Place the filled peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
