  • 1 package mini pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Place the mini pie crusts on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour the pecan mixture into each mini pie crust, filling them about 3/4 full.
