Description

Delicious and indulgent mint chocolate seven layer bars with a perfect blend of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and nuts (if using) over the condensed milk.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, consider adding mint extract to the condensed milk layer.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
