Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mint chocolate chips
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and nuts (if using) over the condensed milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, consider adding mint extract to the condensed milk layer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
