- 8 oz white chocolate, chopped

- Green food coloring
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Spread the melted dark chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Drizzle the green chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
- Swirl the two chocolates together with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.
