Description

A delicious and refreshing dessert made with layers of mint-flavored cream and crushed Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mint Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of mint extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and mint extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  4. Crush the Mint Oreo cookies into small pieces.
  5. In serving glasses, layer the mint cream mixture and crushed Oreos alternately.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream and a whole Mint Oreo for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint extract to taste.
  • Can substitute regular Oreos if mint flavor is not preferred.
  • Best served chilled for a refreshing treat.
