- 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Add peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate, if desired.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
