Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert featuring the classic flavors of mint and Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 15 cookies)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Add peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate, if desired.
  7. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  8. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
