Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 6 large eggs
- 1 (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust, pre-baked

- Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onion. Mix well.
- Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a separate bowl. Season with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Layer the ham and cheese mixture evenly into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture over the filling, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use a gluten-free pie crust. You can also substitute ham with cooked bacon or sautéed vegetables.
