Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. In a serving dish, layer the crushed Oreo cookies, followed by the cream mixture, and repeat the layers.
  7. Drizzle the cooled coffee over the layers as desired.
  8. Top with chocolate shavings for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
