Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
- Pour the fudge into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!

- For a creamier texture, stir the fudge while it cools.
