Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
  5. Pour the fudge into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
