Description

A delicious twist on the classic Monte Cristo sandwich, these sliders are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 slices of turkey
  • 12 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Butter for greasing


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and layer ham, turkey, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  5. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the sandwiches inside.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
