- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, yogurt sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve immediately.
Notes
