Delicious and festive white Christmas crackles made in a muffin pan, perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of rice bubbles
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1 cup of white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup of icing sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice bubbles and desiccated coconut.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Add the dried cranberries and chopped nuts, mixing gently.
- Line a muffin pan with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top of each crackle.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to substitute dried fruits or nuts based on your preference.
