Delicious and festive white Christmas crackles made in a muffin pan, perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice bubbles
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup of white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice bubbles and desiccated coconut.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the dried cranberries and chopped nuts, mixing gently.
  5. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and spoon the mixture into each cup.
  6. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of each crackle.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
