Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the kielbasa into Hasselback style, making cuts about 1/4 inch apart, but not cutting all the way through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the mustard mixture generously over the kielbasa, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
- Place the kielbasa on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
