Description

A delicious and creamy cookies and cream ice cream made using the Ninja Creami.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami machine.
  4. Use the ‘Ice Cream’ function to process the mixture until creamy.
  5. Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mix using the ‘Mix-In’ function.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later use.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of whole milk.
  • Feel free to add more cookies for extra crunch.
