A delicious and creamy cookies and cream ice cream made using the Ninja Creami.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the container from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami machine.
- Use the ‘Ice Cream’ function to process the mixture until creamy.
- Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mix using the ‘Mix-In’ function.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later use.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use half-and-half instead of whole milk.
- Feel free to add more cookies for extra crunch.
- Make sure to freeze the mixture for a full 24 hours for best results.
