  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, chia seeds, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. If using, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
