- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed gingerbread cookies and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until well combined.
- Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies and cheesecake mixture in serving cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, add more ground ginger.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Garnish with additional crushed gingerbread cookies or whipped cream before serving.
