  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed gingerbread cookies and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, ground ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until well combined.
  6. Layer the crushed gingerbread cookies and cheesecake mixture in serving cups.
