A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake pie featuring the classic flavors of Oreo cookies and refreshing mint.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Garnish with additional whipped topping or crushed Oreos if desired.
