Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake pie featuring the classic flavors of Oreo cookies and refreshing mint.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract to the cream cheese and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to taste.
