Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted dark chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes until set.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl, adding the peppermint extract.
  6. Spread the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies on top of the white chocolate.
  8. Chill again until fully set, about 30 minutes.
  9. Break into pieces and serve.
