A delicious and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Spread evenly and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute almonds or walnuts for pistachios if desired.
- For a festive touch, add food coloring to the fudge mixture.
