No Bake Pistachio Fudge Recipe

Description

A delicious and easy no-bake pistachio fudge that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pistachios.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread evenly and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Can substitute almonds or walnuts for pistachios if desired.
  • For a festive touch, add food coloring to the fudge mixture.
