No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake strawberry cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup strawberry puree

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top, then drizzle with half of the strawberry puree.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and strawberry puree.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with additional strawberries and drizzle with more strawberry puree if desired.

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
