A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake strawberry cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup strawberry puree
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top, then drizzle with half of the strawberry puree.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and strawberry puree.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with additional strawberries and drizzle with more strawberry puree if desired.

Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for convenience.
