Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Mix the strawberry-chia mixture into the melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Once set, remove from molds and enjoy your no-bake bites!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- These bites can be frozen for longer storage.
