Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  3. Mix the strawberry-chia mixture into the melted chocolate until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy your no-bake bites!
