- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- Extra caramel and pecans for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Allow it to thicken for a few minutes.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to create a fluffy texture.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle some caramel sauce over the chocolate layer and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Add the remaining chocolate mixture on top and smooth it out.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Drizzle additional caramel and sprinkle more pecans on top for garnish.
Notes
Ensure you allow the pie to set for at least 4 hours for the best texture. Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
