Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Mix in the flour until just combined.
  7. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling each about halfway.
  8. Add a teaspoon of Nutella to each muffin cup, then swirl it into the batter with a toothpick.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before enjoying!
