Description

A deliciously sweet treat combining Nutella and fresh strawberries in a crispy quesadilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread Nutella evenly on one side of each tortilla.
  2. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the Nutella on one tortilla.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top, Nutella side down, to form a quesadilla.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted, place the quesadilla in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding banana slices along with the strawberries.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled for more servings.
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for an extra treat.
