- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
