  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
