Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the whipping cream and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the butter mixture, mixing well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  9. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
