  • 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and sausage mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
