- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and sausage mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, omit the sausage and add more vegetables.
