- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups tortellini
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the smoked paprika and dried parsley.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- Once the steak is cooked, add the tortellini to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
