Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
  2. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortilla wraps and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each wrap.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll the wraps tightly and secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
