- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, and orange zest.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon to make the streusel topping.
- Fill each muffin cup with the batter and sprinkle the streusel mixture on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
