Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until well combined.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies into the mousse mixture.
- Layer the mousse in serving cups, alternating with more crushed Oreos.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with whole Oreo cookies before serving.
