Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  6. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  8. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

  10. Pour the chocolate mousse into the cooled Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
