- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While baking, prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more crushed Oreos on top of the icing.
- These rolls are best served warm.
