Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with crushed Oreos, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. While baking, prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  9. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more crushed Oreos on top of the icing.
