- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Green and white sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment paper.
- Once all truffles are coated, melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle over the truffles for decoration.
- Sprinkle with green and white sprinkles to resemble footballs.
- Let the truffles set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
