Description

  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 large Egg (optional, for binding)
  • 1 cup Cheese (for sprinkling on top)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the thick cabbage slices with olive oil, ensuring both sides are coated.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg (if using). Mix until well combined.
  5. Take a portion of the meat mixture and form patties. Place them on top of the cabbage slices on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle cheese generously over each patty.
