Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and water to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto each dough circle and fold to seal.
  6. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the sauce.
  8. Serve the dumplings warm with the peanut sauce drizzled on top.
