- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, and bell peppers)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour and water to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into circles.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture onto each dough circle and fold to seal.
- Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the sauce.
- Serve the dumplings warm with the peanut sauce drizzled on top.
