Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
  6. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the shells.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Feel free to add your favorite spices to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
