Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and place the stuffed shells on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the shells.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite spices to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
