Description
Delicious crispy rolls filled with herby feta cheese and drizzled with sweet and spicy chili honey.
Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix in the dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
- Spoon some of the feta mixture onto one end of the phyllo dough and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with more olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the rolls are baking, heat the honey in a small pan and stir in chili flakes.
- Drizzle the chili honey over the baked feta rolls before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze unbaked rolls for up to a month.
