Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1-2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and mix in the dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush again.
  4. Spoon some of the feta mixture onto one end of the phyllo dough and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolls seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with more olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. While the rolls are baking, heat the honey in a small pan and stir in chili flakes.
  8. Drizzle the chili honey over the baked feta rolls before serving.
