Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in a small amount of batter to form a pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Once pancakes are ready, fold them into taco shapes and fill with your favorite toppings.
