- 2 pieces of pizza dough
- 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 ounces of prosciutto
- 1 cup of arugula
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
- Layer the mozzarella cheese on one half of the dough.
- Add the prosciutto and arugula on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the dough over to create a sandwich and seal the edges.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
