Description

A delightful summertime treat featuring layers of fresh strawberries, creamy coconut milk, and rich blueberries, perfect for celebrating patriotic gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • Sweetener to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Blend the strawberries until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full.
  3. Freeze for about 1 hour until slightly firm.
  4. Mix coconut milk or yogurt with sweetener if desired, and pour it over the strawberry layer in the molds, filling them another third full.
  5. Freeze for another hour until firm.
  6. Puree the blueberries and pour them into the molds to fill them completely.
  7. Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove the popsicles by running warm water over the outside of the molds.

Notes

For a flavor twist, consider adding a splash of vanilla or mint. Ensure each layer is frozen enough before adding the next for clarity.
