- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- Sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds, filling them about one-third full.
- Freeze for about 1 hour until slightly firm.
- Mix coconut milk or yogurt with sweetener if desired, and pour it over the strawberry layer in the molds, filling them another third full.
- Freeze for another hour until firm.
- Puree the blueberries and pour them into the molds to fill them completely.
- Insert sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove the popsicles by running warm water over the outside of the molds.
Notes
For a flavor twist, consider adding a splash of vanilla or mint. Ensure each layer is frozen enough before adding the next for clarity.
